What You'll Do 

• Manage your own daily service route and build lasting relationships with customers. 
• Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify turf, plant, and pest-related concerns. 
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely, accurately, and according to schedule. 
• Educate customers on their lawn and landscape needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations. 
• Monitor treatment results and follow up on service needs. 
• Maintain accurate service, treatment, and compliance records. 
• Properly maintain your company vehicle, equipment, and tools. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring 

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience 
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently 
• Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather — because that's where the job happens 

Preferred: 

• Lawn & Ornamental license or certification 
• Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping 
• Familiarity with lawn service equipment and application tools
