Position Overview: The Logistics Supervisor oversees daily receiving, shipping, routing, will call, and building to building transition operations to ensure products move efficiently through our internal supply chain. This role leads a team, coordinates with carriers and internal departments, and ensures accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and schedule logistics and warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for shipments, receipts, and order movements.
- Optimize logistics layout, workflow, and order handling processes.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on time delivery, and productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

- Must understand MIL Logistics processes on a general level with an intermediate understanding to their relationship to customer success requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PC literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of shipping regulations, freight terms, and inventory control.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience.
- May require lifting to 30 lbs.
- Class C License - may be obtained during employment.
- Individual must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials. The successful candidate must meet all ITAR eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.
Reports To: The Logistics Supervisor will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.
Hours: Standard office hours, some overtime will be required.
