Position Overview
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator leads full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, driving hiring results that strengthen organizational culture and support business goals. This role plays a key part in building diverse talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring compliant, efficient recruiting operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, and offer) for hourly positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, sourcing, and industry outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Support internal candidates and provide career guidance
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate and onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Utilize and support ATS systems, including training stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and solve recruiting challenges proactively
- Support onboarding (NEO) and pre-employment processes with vendors
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred; manufacturing a plus)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, compliance, and ATS systems
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- HR or business-related education
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Spanish proficiency (reading/writing)
