Urgent Care RN
Description

Urgent Care RN
No Nights. Real Pace. Real Clinical Work.
Full-Time | Part-Time Considered | 10-Hour Shifts | 1 Weekend/Month

If you’re an experienced RN who’s tired of being underutilized, this is a role where you’ll triage, think, and move care forward—not just complete tasks.

At Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS), we don’t just provide care—we show up for the communities that depend on us.

Why this role stands out:

  • No nights
  • Only 1 weekend per month
  • 10-hour shifts built for real workflow
  • A team that communicates, supports each other, and keeps things moving
  • Full benefits package, including health, dental, retirement, CME, gym membership, air ambulance coverage, and more

What you’ll do:

  • Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting
  • Support procedures and maintain efficient clinical flow
  • Act as a steady, capable presence for patients and the care team

What we’re looking for:

  • Active RN license
  • Urgent care, ER, or other high-volume clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize quickly, think critically, and stay grounded under pressure

The difference here:
You won’t be stuck in task-based work.
You’ll be expected to practice at the top of your license—with a team that backs you up.
