About the role:

Lafayette Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic, execution-minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive member engagement, acquisition, and growth across Lafayette Federal’s branch network. This role is responsible for developing and executing localized, branch-centric marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, deepen member relationships, support branch sales goals, and strengthen the connection between our brand and the communities we serve.


Working closely with Branch Operations, Branch Managers, and Business Development teams, this role translates enterprise marketing strategies into effective, on-the-ground programs that support branch performance and community presence. 


Requirements

Branch Marketing Strategy & Local Engagement 

• Develop and execute branch focused marketing strategies that drive account growth, product adoption, and in branch engagement.

• Partner with Branch and Business Development teams to identify local market opportunities, member needs, and growth priorities.

• Support branch specific initiatives such as product promotions, community events, grand openings, and in-branch campaigns.

• Ensure branches are equipped with timely, on brand marketing materials that support sales conversations and member education.

• Champion best practices that enhance the member experience within branch environments.


Campaign Planning & Execution 

• Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support branch goals across digital, print, OOH, and in branch channels.

• Customize enterprise campaigns for local branch execution, ensuring relevance by market and audience.

• Maintain a branch marketing calendar to coordinate promotions, events, and communication across locations

.• Oversee production and deployment of branch marketing materials, including signage, collateral, digital displays, and event materials.


Data, Performance & Market Insights 

• Use branch level performance data, member insights, and local market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization.

• Measure the effectiveness of branch campaigns using KPIs such as foot traffic, appointment volume, product adoption, and campaign response.

• Partner with analytics and marketing leadership to evaluate ROI and recommend improvements for future branch initiatives.

• Share insights and performance summaries with branch leadership and marketing stakeholders.


Training, Communication & Cross Functional Collaboration 

• Serve as a key marketing partner to Branch Managers, Retail leadership, and Business Development teams.

• Participate in branch and cross departmental meetings to understand priorities and align marketing efforts accordingly.

• Develop and maintain branch marketing guides, toolkits, and FAQs to support frontline teams.

• Assist the PVP, Marketing in preparing branch performance updates, leadership presentations, and executive communications.

• Act as a central point of contact for branch related marketing requests and initiatives.


Vendor & Budget Management 

• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies supporting branch marketing initiatives, ensuring high quality execution and on time delivery.

• Ensure vendor deliverables align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and branch needs.


Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably with experience supporting retail locations, financial institutions, or multi location environments.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple branch initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with experience collaborating across teams.

• Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, digital advertising, local marketing, content, and in branch communications.

• High attention to detail and ability to execute in a regulated environment.

 Pay: $86k - $105k annually depending on experience and qualifications.
