This is a remote (U.S. based) contract position with part time hours (10-15 hrs./week), for a 4-6 month period.
The Fractional Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant will build and operationalize a scalable GTM function while leading high-impact product launches. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on establishing repeatable processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling internal teams to independently execute future launches. This is a high-visibility engagement with immediate impact, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments and has a strong track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS product launches.
Duties
- Build and implement Revive’s GTM operating model and launch playbook, including launch tiering, RACI frameworks, templates, checklists, readiness criteria, and post-launch measurement.
- Lead 2–3 major product launches end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Conduct structured post-launch retrospectives and continuously refine the GTM playbook based on insights and performance data.
- Coach and upskill cross-functional teams to ensure GTM ownership transitions in-house by the end of the engagement.
- Integrate AI tools into GTM workflows (e.g., content creation, market research, retrospective analysis, enablement) and document these processes to establish AI-native practices.
- Deliver a comprehensive final playbook, templates, and documentation to support long-term, self-sufficient execution.
- 8+ years of experience in GTM leadership, including experience in fractional or consulting roles.
- Proven success leading end-to-end B2B SaaS product launches, including execution and program management—not just messaging.
- Experience building GTM processes from the ground up in companies of similar stage and scale.
- Strong coaching and enablement skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge and build internal capability.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in marketing/GTM workflows, with the ability to train others on implementation.
