RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate service revenue
- Schedule and track timely repairs for rental and customer equipment
- Coordinate work schedules and maintain proper accounting of service technician productivity
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Give clear concise direction w/expectations
- Enforce a clean and orderly work environment in the shop and yard
- Promote and enforce company policies
- Promote teamwork between departments and throughout the organization
- Efficient and responsible use of email and management system
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system
- Proficiency with OEM information systems
- Has a good understanding of product maintenance requirements and typical repairs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experience
- Effective communication skills – both written and oral
- Good conflict resolution skills
- An understanding of business management
