Position Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor is a key leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team (Firestarters). This role is a stepping stone into salaried management, designed for high-performing individuals ready to grow their leadership career.
You will lead by example, own the guest experience, and help drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at a high level
- Own and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and security
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards at all times
- Support labor, shift execution, and overall restaurant flow
- Partner with management to drive performance and team development

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 months restaurant experience (Smokey Bones preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
