What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a key member of our management team, you will ensure our residents are thriving and our staff is fully supported.

• Mentor & Coach: Support individuals in reaching their goals for independence and mastering life skills.
• Lead Your Team: Oversee staff training, conduct house meetings, and ensure the highest quality of care.
• Community Engagement: Plan and participate in engaging activities and assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Operations: Manage medication administration (MAR), ensure financial and medical needs are met, and handle daily documentation.
• Transport: Drive individuals to appointments and community outings.

Schedule: Full-time, Swing Shift (until house stability is established). 

Work Location: One location in Ogden, UT (In-person).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience is required.
• Age: Must be 21 years or older.
• Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and Social Security card (for background check).
• Records: Must have a clean driving record and pass a full criminal background check.
• Commitment: Ability to work full-time hours (initially Swing Shift).
