Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Post-Acute Rehab (SNF) – Part-Time & PRN

Concept Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Part-Time and PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility.

Part-Time Position

• Approximately 3–4 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Consistent weekday schedule

PRN Position

• Flexible monthly hours
• Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling

What You'll Do

Working under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the established plan of care.
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, cognition, and functional performance.
• Communicate patient progress with therapists, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely documentation, treatment notes, and daily billing.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
