The Role:

You will be the backbone of a 46-unit apartment community in Minneapolis and a 36-unit apartment community in Apple Valley, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Project Base Section 8 and Tax Credit combo. The ideal candidate must be skilled in working with client services and a diverse population to include long-term homeless and disabled clients. We encourage candidates who are bilingual in English and Somali to apply, as this is helpful in serving our resident population. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Rent Collection: Receive and deposit rent payments & initiate late rent notices
• Staff Supervision: Monitor performance & approve timecards
• Leasing: Market property and work with applicants from tours through move-in
• Certifications: Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programs
• Oversee Property: Ensure a clean, safe environment is provided for residents and staff
