Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
• Clearly explain procedures, address patient concerns, and answer questions with empathy and professionalism
• Conduct financial consultations and help patients understand their payment options
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments and following through with their care plans
• Review dental insurance benefits with patients and educate them on coverage and costs
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience and treatment outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance plans
• A positive attitude and commitment to patient care and team success
