Oil & Tire Technician (Full-Time) Memphis Airport Location

Experienced car mechanics wanted. Budget Car and Truck Rental of Memphis is hiring a Full-Time Oil & Tire Technician at our Memphis Airport location.

This hands-on role is ideal for skilled technicians who enjoy working on a variety of vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You’ll perform tire changes, oil services, and general fleet maintenance while keeping our rental fleet safe and road-ready.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change tires on all types of vehicles as needed
Pick-up supplies as needed
Help in fleet new vehicles and out fleet as needed
Identify vehicles that are required to have oil changes based on company requirements
Change oil and oil filter on all types of vehicle
Help run cars as needed
Transport vehicles between dealerships and service locations
Assist with other daily Service functions as needed

ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE:

Full benefits available after 60 days of employment
Accrue 4 hrs. of vacation per month payable after 90 days

Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
18 years of age or older
Able to lift at least 30 lbs. and work outside
1-2 years of general automotive knowledge
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
