The Position

Naqvi Injury Law is searching for a dependable and trustworthy Litigation Paralegal who possesses a positive, can-do attitude. Must be able to think critically and work independently while still contributing to the team. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are required, Bachelor’s degree is helpful. Experience handling personal injury litigation files including client communication is a plus, but not required. Candidates must also be highly reliable and possess a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for motivated individuals whose personal values align with the firm's core values, which center around teamwork, loyalty, geniality, and top-notch customer service. This position is responsible for handling the daily projects and tasks that are assigned to our Litigation Department. This includes drafting various documents, such as pleadings and discovery and collaborating with attorneys to prepare case files for litigation.

Successful candidates will need a positive attitude along with a wide array of skills and talents, including the following:

• Must provide stellar customer service
• Must have a background in writing and editing legal documents
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Minimum of two years’ previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal required
• Previous experience in personal injury legal environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
