Description

We are seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator to join our team and grow with the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Job Duties:

  • Process and monitor import shipments and orders 
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including rate requests, quotes, arrival notices, work orders, bills of lading, pick lists, and customer invoicing 
  • Coordinate with warehouses, truckers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries 
  • Track and trace shipments and provide status updates as needed 
  • Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered and will be trained) 
  • Knowledge of U.S. import/export procedures is preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems/search tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
