The Resident Relocation Specialist also communicates regularly with the leasing and development team and coordinates with contractors to support a smooth, timely relocation process.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, movers, cleaners, property management, vendors, and community partners to support residents; maintaining accurate case notes and activity logs; scheduling and conducting resident meetings and outreach; and connecting residents with social service agencies and providers.
