Description
- Review and process client paperwork with a high degree of accuracy
- Update client bookings and process incoming payments in a timely manner
- Prepare and issue client and commission invoices accurately and on schedule
- Process client disbursements with attention to timing and compliance with internal procedures
- Prepare and distribute internal and external financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures at all times
Support data integrity efforts and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Triage and respond to internal and external requests for financial information professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with agents, executives, and administrative employees to keep operations moving efficiently
Requirements
Required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
- Experience with accounting software or HRIS/ERP systems
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or business operations
- Interest in or exposure to the entertainment, media, or talent industry
- Familiarity with invoicing workflows or accounts payable/receivable processes
Salary Description
$26 per hour
