Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Valet Attendant, you’ll be the first friendly face our residents and guests see. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, maintaining safety, and delivering top-notch service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Safely operating, parking, and retrieving vehicles (automatic & manual)
- Assisting with mobility needs, including walkers, wheelchairs, and packages
- Managing traffic flow and maintaining safety in valet and drop-off areas
- Delivering packages and assisting with resident needs promptly
- Collaborating with Community Safety, Transportation, and Concierge teams
- Reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors and supporting emergency responses
Requirements
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid South Carolina driver’s license in good standing
- At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Calm, courteous demeanor—even under pressure
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of assisting residents with physical mobility needs

Salary Description
$18.12-$21.72/hr (based on yrs experience)
