Table Games Dealer – Elko


The Table Games Dealer is responsible for the operation, integrity and conducting of a particular game as trained for and assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, internal control policies and Nevada State Gambling regulations. No experience necessary, will train.



Responsibilities and Duties

· Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules and in an accurate manner.

· Promote positive guest relations.

· Responsible for maintaining the security of the game.

· Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal control policies and procedures.

· Perform related and/or other duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure  preferred

· Working knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.

· Must be able to review and comprehend all documents.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.

· Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.

· Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.

· Ability to speak, read and write English.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of  measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

· Superior guest relation skills are necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Must be able to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time, speak and hear, write, finger and feel, lift and carry up to thirty pounds (30 lbs.) and occasionally more. Employee frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and endure variable temperature conditions (extreme hot or cold). Must be 21 years of age or older.
