Description

The Sales Administrative Assistant is the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson by providing support with various business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with Creative Team through Asana Project Management Software to maintain current sales material & new items as they are launched e.g., one-sheets, presentation slide decks, product images & videos. 
  • Update price sheets & spec sheets when changes are needed and approved. 
  • Keep Product PowerPoints updated and current. 
  • Set up new items & maintain existing images for Distribution Centers with Syndigo, IXONE, Range Me, 1WorldSync, or other product management portals. 
  • Complete promotional forms and new vendor set-up forms when requested. 
  • Provide support to the outside sales team as needed, e.g., sending samples. 
  • Utilize task management software (currently Asana) to organize tasks, document & sample requests. 
  • May assist with B2B Event coordination as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as necessary.  
Requirements


• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role 

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• CRM and ERP experience is beneficial 

• Project Management software experience beneficial 

• Self-Motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal) 

• Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate accountability with small and large 

initiatives 

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced & ever-changing environment 

Salary Description
$20 to $25 per hour
