Join our team as a Seasonal Golf Food & Beverage Attendant and deliver a high-quality dining and service experience for golfers and resort guests. In this guest-facing role, you’ll take and serve food and beverage orders, maintain clean and organized service areas, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience in a dynamic golf course environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, working outdoors, and engaging with guests.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide excellent customer service 
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly 
• Prepare and serve food items, snacks, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages 
• Operate POS system to process payments and manage transactions 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, counters, and equipment 
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure smooth operations 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations 
• Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and special requests 
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup 
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred (not required) 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment 
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to handle transactions accurately using a POS system 
• Positive attitude, dependable, and service-oriented 
• Ability to obtain a valid Bartender License (City of Delavan) 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs regularly 
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions 

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor clubhouse and outdoor golf course setting 
• Frequent guest interaction in a fast-paced service environment 
• Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, sun, and wind 
• Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season 
• Active role requiring multitasking, movement, and continuous guest engagement
