About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of residential and light commercial painting projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with project kickoffs, check-ins, and final inspections
• Communicate with customers and crews throughout the project
• Document site visits using company checklists and forms
• Provide updates to internal teams on project progress
• Support scheduling adjustments and daily project needs
• Help ensure quality standards and timelines are met
• Assist with small operational tasks (material runs, touch-ups, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
