Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs for Ford Pro commercial vehicles

- Provide detailed explanations of repair and maintenance services

- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

- Prepare and review service estimates and invoices

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate

- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Ford vehicles

- Specific experience with Ford Pro commercial vehicles is highly desirable

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor

90,000 to 125,000
