Description
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Account Manager in the non-QM space. Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred. The candidate must be able to work in the Eastern time zone.
- Acts as a point of contact for clients with guidelines and questions.
- Responsible for learning and being a subject matter expert regarding internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing.
- Responsible for fielding complex loan scenarios and providing lending solutions.
- Responsible for handling email and phone inquiries from our internal and external partners.
- Assists with Loan submissions in the company’s LOS. Account Manager within the Nonqm space.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage product experience: processing or sales experience preferred within the non-QM space.
- Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
- Organized and detail-oriented person who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high production level.
- Must manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls.
- Familiarity with all MS products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience with Meridian Link is highly preferred but not mandatory.
