St. John Vianney Catholic School is seeking a fulltime Institutional Advancement Enrollment Coordinator/Admissions Coordinator.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (preferred).
- Minimum of three years’ experience in admissions and/or marketing.
- Experienced in Catholic School administrative tasks (preferred)
- Excellent communication/people skills (1:1 interaction with parents and students PK-8)
- Strong general business skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including word, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Knowledge of website posting and social media
- Oral fluency and written proficiency in Spanish (required)
- Ability to translate written communications from English to Spanish
- Ability to work with development/marketing staff to plan marketing events
- Give educational tours of the facilities
- Assist new families and children in registration
- Assist in communication to new families
- Facilitate monthly meetings and information sessions to families
- Organize with development the open house
- Ability to work with school PTO
- Ability to organize student records
- Participate in Academic Support Team
- Collecting, recording, maintaining, entering student record information
- Practicing Catholic with a desire to work for the Church.
Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree (Preferred).
