Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on unsold leads and service opportunities to convert them into booked jobs.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to recommend solutions and close sales.
- Present service options and explain pricing, scope of work, and available financing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
- Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (some college or trade experience is a plus).
- 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, and call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with CRM or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
