This position works closely under the supervision of the Lab Director (CMO) and collaborates with the Technical Consultant to maintain laboratory quality, compliance, and operational standards.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Laboratory Coordinator to support and oversee our established multi-site laboratory program. This role is ideal for someone who values organization, teamwork, patient care, and making a meaningful impact within the community we serve.
Our laboratory operates under CLIA-waived testing and maintains accreditation through COLA. We are committed to providing high-quality, reliable care to our patients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and professionalism.
This is more than a technical laboratory role. This position plays an important part in supporting patient care, maintaining quality standards, training staff, and helping ensure our clinics continue to serve the community with excellence, compassion, and integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations across two clinic locations
- Lead and manage staff training for CLIA-waived testing procedures
- Maintain laboratory documentation, logs, SOPs, and compliance records
- Help ensure ongoing COLA accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
- Monitor quality control processes and assist with corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate with the Lab Director (CMO), Technical Consultant, vendors, and inspectors
- Serve as a primary resource for laboratory-related questions and workflow support
- Help maintain consistency, organization, and compliance across both clinic sites

Experience & Education
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field preferred
- Prior laboratory experience is preferred, but not required
- Point-of-care or CLIA-waived testing experience is a plus
