Position Overview


The Marketing Analytics Intern will support data-driven decision-making across the organization by analyzing daily performance metrics and identifying key trends. This role will focus on reviewing company-wide reports to understand business performance, uncover insights, and communicate findings that help improve marketing effectiveness and overall operational outcomes. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments on reporting, analysis, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily analysis of prior-day company performance, including metrics such as estimates, sales, cancellations, deposits, and customer counts 
  • Review  and synthesize data from multiple sources (Excel reports, HubSpot dashboards, and internal systems) to identify trends and performance drivers 
  • Develop a clear “story of the day” by connecting insights across marketing, sales, and operational data 
  • Assist in tracking and evaluating marketing campaign performance across channels including digital advertising, email, website, and CRM data 
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel to support ongoing business visibility and decision-making 
  • Identify anomalies, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to the marketing team 
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to marketing performance, customer behavior, and business growth 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across reports 

 Position Type and Schedule:

  • Internship:  June 2 – August 8, 2026 
  • 25 hours per week 
  • Hybrid schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office at HQ (West Chester, PA); Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays remote

Qualifications

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to work with formulas, organize data, and build clear reports 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to understand the “why” behind performance 
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing 
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and navigating dashboards (experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage recurring daily responsibilities 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary Work: Primarily office-based, involving prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Communication: Ability to engage in verbal and written communication with team member and stakeholders.
  • Visual Acuity: Must be able to read documents, analyze data, and view computer screens for extended periods.
  • Mobility: Occasional travel may be required for meetings or presentations, necessitating the ability to navigate various environments.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying work conditions, including remote work or hybrid settings as needed.
  • Collaboration: Capability to participate in meetings and workshops, requiring active engagement and teamwork.
