About the Role

The Customer and Sales Support Specialist creates value by ensuring accurate orders, quality customer service, and deliveries Naturipe Farms. This position reports to the Director of Business Development. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for our customers and our sales organization in the Woburn, MA office. A strong candidate will bring a high degree of accuracy and accountability, as this position involves significant order entry and item setup responsibilities, report preparation, and constant cross-functional communication. Success in this role requires the ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This is a crucial member of our sales team that forms the foundation of our success. There are robust growth opportunities for someone committed to excelling in the role. 

What you will accomplish

• Assist with sales orders, order entry, order follow-up and customer notification of changes and customer confirmations.

• Phone and email communication with customers, cross functional departments, cooler warehouse, and grower owners.

• Coordination of COS and Phyto documents for Canadian shipments.

• Highly accurate management of I-Trade, Foodlink, Procurant and ADX transactions. 

• Daily and weekly inventory coordination and order management to and from growers and cooler network.

• Office administrative support for the MA office.  

• Update and maintain Ad and Promo Files including our demand planner. 

• President and Exec team with reports, documents, memos, collection of short pays and other activities.

• Other duties crucial to our mission as they are needed.

Requirements

This should describe you

• Associates (2 year) degree preferred.

• 3 years plus experience in B2B sales, Customer Service, office or produce environment.  

• Full proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; Regular use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Requires inter-personal skills and phone etiquette. 

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. 

• Experience with SAP a plus.

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.  Knowledge of produce industry a plus.
