Description
The Admissions Representative is integral in supporting our admissions process and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students. They will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payment Plan Management: Oversee and manage ongoing payment plans for students, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in records.
- Enrollment Agreements: Handle enrollment agreements using SignNow, ensuring all documentation is correctly completed and filed.
- Welcome Emails: Use Salesforce to send welcome emails to new students, ensuring they have all the necessary information for their journey at Larock Healthcare Academy.
- Coverage for Admissions: Provide support and coverage for the Admissions team when one is out of the office.
- Admission Calls: Answers incoming admission calls, providing information and support to prospective students as needed and enrolls them
- Calls leads to recruit new students.
- Prints textbooks for students that need them
- Handles refunds/withdraws
- Bank deposits
- Responsible for opening and closing building.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS/ABILITIES: .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Five or more years of admissions/administrative experience preferred
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
