Key duties include cooking, taking orders, cash handling, maintaining strict safety/cleanliness standards, and assisting with restocking.

Core Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Service: Preparing chicken dishes to recipe, operating large-volume cooking equipment (fryers, grills), and ensuring quality presentation. 

Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring a positive, welcoming environment. 

Cleaning & Safety: Maintaining sanitation, cleaning stations, washing dishes, and following health department regulations. 

Operations: Stocking, rotating food products, and working efficiently with the team during busy shifts
