Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department. This is a full-time, entry-level position for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with customers.

No automotive experience required—we provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a positive service experience 
• Process payments and handle cashier transactions 
• Schedule service appointments by phone and in person 
• Answer questions and help guide customers through the service process 
• Maintain accurate records and daily balancing
