What You’ll Do

• Provide direct resident care and support daily needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor residents and report changes to the RN
• Support and collaborate with CNAs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

What You Bring

• Active Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• LTC/SNF experience a plus

Education

Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.

Licenses/Certification  

Current valid LPN license in the state employed.

Valid CPR certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
