Position Overview
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for independently supporting daily warehouse operations across assigned location(s) while coordinating closely with centralized management and team members. This role combines hands-on warehouse execution with remote communication, reporting, and coordination.
The position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage inventory accuracy, fulfill orders, support deliveries, and maintain strong customer service standards—all while working with limited on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming materials with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Pick, stage, and prepare outbound orders for shipment or delivery
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure efficient material flow
- Conduct cycle counts and monitor inventory levels, reporting discrepancies promptly
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for
Order Fulfillment & Accuracy
- Process orders accurately using company systems and procedures
- Verify order details before shipment or delivery to minimize errors
- Complete all required documentation, including receiving logs, shipment records, and system entries
Remote Coordination & Communication
- Communicate regularly with management, internal teams, and other locations via phone, email, or system tools
- Provide status updates on inventory, order fulfillment, and operational issues
- Escalate issues proactively and recommend solutions when discrepancies or challenges arise
Customer Service
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers, vendors, and delivery recipients
- Represent the company positively in all interactions, whether in-person or remote
- Assist with walk-in or on-site customer needs when applicable
Delivery Support (If Applicable)
- Load, secure, and transport materials using company vehicles when required
- Follow safe driving practices and adhere to all transportation regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment use
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Compensation
- Hourly (Non-Exempt): Based on experience and qualifications
- Typical Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a service-oriented or client-facing role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if delivery duties are required)
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
