Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the  Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

  • Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
  • 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

TARGET START DATE

 

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

  • Proven ability to increase sales and drive business growth 
  • Strong team building and leadership skills 
  • Experience with employee scheduling and labor management 
  • Knowledge of product ordering, inventory management, and setting pars 
  • Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control 
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

  • Provides an exceptional overall customer experience 
  • Identifies operational challenges and coaches team members on solutions 
  • Consistently delivers high levels of service and hospitality 
  • Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations and sales goals

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures 
  • Proficient in all café operations, including food preparation, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep work 
  • Demonstrates sound decision-making during uncertain or high-pressure situations 
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills 
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality 
  • Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency 
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees 
  • Experience overseeing daily operations 
  • Ability to manage labor costs, food costs, and waste control 
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team 
  • Ensures food quality standards and positive guest experiences 

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry 
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
