Are you a born salesperson? The object of the game is to sell Rose’s services to develop a new customer base. We want “Bug Hunters” that are not afraid to dominate their territory. You must have strong decision-making, problem solving skills, and computer skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Selling pest control services to residential and commercial businesses goes far beyond controlling pests. It’s about forming long-lasting relationships with your clients, providing peace of mind, and acting as a liaison between your clients and coworkers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Polite, friendly customer service
- Sales appointment scheduling
- Cold calling/outside and inside sales
- Inspections, knowledge of service and retail items, critical thinking to provide solutions to various pest problems
- Reporting to Management
- Ability to work cohesively with office staff, and service technicians to ensure work completion
- Collecting payments when necessary
- Follow up of sales contacts
- Various other tasks approved by branch manager or Sales Director

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills required
- Friendly, polite customer service skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to provide solutions to customers’ inquiries/complaints
