Description
In this role, you will:
- Oversee operation and maintenance activities for all ancillary and auxiliary systems
- Review, prioritize, and plan non-emergency maintenance work orders
- Develop integrated maintenance schedules for preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, materials, and contractor support for maintenance work
- Ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are available to respond to emergency situations
- Work with Facility Managers to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor maintenance work completion and ensure accurate documentation of completed work orders
- Conduct post-job reviews and support continuous improvement of maintenance programs
- Support equipment reliability initiatives and recommend improvements to maintenance and inventory practices
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and waste-handling procedures
- Lead and support continuous training initiatives for ancillary operators and maintenance personnel
- Promote Lean manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain safe operations and enforce company safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations experience
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning software
- Strong understanding of industrial utility and ancillary systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional maintenance activities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to respond to operational needs in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Facilities Operating Engineer License preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing or industrial facilities
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
- Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams in a manufacturing environment
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Additional hours and on-call support may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.

Salary Description
$82,000-$100,000 per year
