What You’ll Do

• Operate and adjust production machines

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues

• Inspect product and ensure quality standards

• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers)

• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night)

• 7 working days every 2 weeks

• Overtime may be required based on production needs or coverage

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally

• Reliable and team-oriented
