Description
Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and product adoption.
- Think creatively and challenge conventional approaches — bringing fresh ideas and innovative campaign concepts that differentiate TSI Touch in the market.
- Conduct market and competitive research to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI to executive leadership.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Brand, Content & Design
- Own brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints — maintaining a high standard of visual quality and creative execution.
- Create compelling messaging, positioning, and collateral for new product and service launches.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media presence.
- Use data and analytics to continuously improve search performance, digital reach, and campaign conversion.
- Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technology to increase efficiency, accelerate output, and deliver higher-quality work across all marketing functions.
Partner & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing and sales are aligned for maximum impact.
- Be a product expert — deeply understanding and communicating the value of TSI Touch's full solutions portfolio to customers, partners, and the broader market.
Events & Trade Shows
- Plan, coordinate, and attend key trade shows, industry events, and partner visits — representing the TSI Touch brand with professionalism and purpose.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, product/go-to-market strategies, and product management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer values.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, analytics, campaign management, and AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills along with the desire to provide the highest level of support to end-users and customers.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for industry events, customer and partner visits.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently as needed.
- Experience with CRM Software, marketing automation platforms, Microsoft 365 applications.
