As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing ahigh-performing team. This role is responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, andensuring every guest receives an upscale, friendly, and welcoming experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead, coach, and develop store team members and leadership staff
- Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals
- Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation
- Oversee training and employee engagement
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and in-stock conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Manage labor costs and daily store performance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
