As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing ahigh-performing team. This role is responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, andensuring every guest receives an upscale, friendly, and welcoming experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead, coach, and develop store team members and leadership staff
  • Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals
  • Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation
  • Oversee training and employee engagement
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and in-stock conditions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Manage labor costs and daily store performance
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
