Description

Position Summary:

The FLC Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the FLC Accounting Manager, reviewing timesheets from Farm Labor Contractors (FLC’s), allocating total labor cost and ensure FLC’s are being paid accurately and on a timely basis. This position collects and maintains required documentation from FLC’s in accordance with company policy. The role is essential to support organizational goals and model best practices, guided by our values of Excellence, Accountability, Transparency and Stewardship (EATS).
 

Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and review timesheets from Farm Labor Contractors.
  • Captures labor hours for each FLC crew in all company verticals.
  • Allocates total labor cost in both Famous and Open invoice.
  • Provides funding amounts for payroll.
  • Collects contracts and proper documentation from FLC’s for clearance.
  • Answers front desk phone calls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of payroll function and relevant payroll policies and laws.

  • Basic research and collection of data skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism dealing with employees and vendors
  • Operating knowledge of standard office equipment.   

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in accounting, preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in data entry or related training
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Famous software experience, preferred
  • Bilingual verbal and written English/Spanish, preferred
     
Salary Description
$22 per hour
