The Work
- Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles
- Frame and structural repairs to OEM standards
- Panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair
- Collaborate with the team to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
- Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools
- I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum
- Paid weekly
- Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
- Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
