Description

 

The Work

  • Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles
  • Frame and structural repairs to OEM standards
  • Panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair
  • Collaborate with the team to keep production moving

What We're Looking For

  • Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
  • Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools
  • I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

  • Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum
  • Paid weekly
  • Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
  • Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
