Description
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage supply chain strategies related to production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management
- Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning (S&OP) processes
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on-time delivery, production, shipping, and fulfillment performance
- Analyze customer demand and align production resources to support delivery requirements
- Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks
- Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business and operational conditions
- Manage warehousing, logistics, inventory planning, and material flow activities
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and customer teams to ensure fulfillment expectations are met
- Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain safe operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant supply chain or operations experience
- Extensive experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
- Experience leading, developing, and managing teams
- Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics challenges
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and strategic planning initiatives
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday beginning at 7:00 AM. This is an on-site role based in Terre Haute, Indiana. Domestic and occasional international travel (10–15%) may be required.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
