Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Clinic

Location: Eagle Butte, South Dakota
Compensation: $46.00/hour plus $1,099 weekly Per Diem

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional outpatient care at the Indian Health Service (IHS) Eagle Butte Service Unit. Position Summary

The Ambulatory Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient clinic. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Contract nurses may occasionally provide short-term support to other departments based on patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. 
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 
• Minimum one (1) year of recent RN experience. 
• Ambulatory, outpatient, family practice, primary care, or medical-surgical experience preferred. 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 
• ACLS and PALS are preferred. 
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be a United States citizen with no need for sponsorship.

Housing & Travel

Government housing may be available through Cheyenne River Health Center but is not guaranteed and rent is the responsibility of the provider. Eagle Butte also has furnished extended-stay and short-term rental options available locally.
