Position: Outside Service Attendant - Seasonal 

Classification: Non-Exempt Hourly Seasonal

Department: Golf Pro Shop

Job Summary: Responsible for the golf cart fleet, practice range stocking and cleanliness, loading, cleaning and storing members golf clubs.

Responsibilities:

1. Drives carts from barn, stages, restages, cleans and rotates carts. 

2. Picks up balls from practice range, cleans and restocks as necessary.  

3. Pulls member clubs from storage area, loads onto car, cart or bag rack.  

4. Plugs in and charges cart batteries; refills sand mix on carts.

5. Maintains storage facility; sweeps and cleans.  

6. Assists with special jobs or projects.  

7. Empties trash and takes trash and recycling from Pro Shop to respective dumpsters. 

8. Interacts in a positive and cooperative manner with members, Board of Directors, visitors, co-workers, and Managers.  

9. Portrays a positive image for the Club by dressing appropriately for the position.    

10. Maintains a safe work environment for self and others. Attends mandatory safety training sessions and adheres to Club and OSHA safety requirements.    

11. Maintains appropriate levels in the areas of daily attendance, initiative and productivity.    

12. Ensures confidentiality of all Club member and employee information and records.  

13. Performs all other related duties as assigned.                            

Qualifications:

Education: Eighth grade education required.

Experience: On-the-job training is provided. 

Requirements:

Physical Demands: Moderately lifting of golf clubs, sustained periods of walking and standing. Ability to bend, stoop, reach and carry.  

Mental Demands: Ability to follow direction. 

Environmental Exposed to the elements, hot, cold, sun and rain.
