We are seeking Superintendents to lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project success from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all jobsite operations including safety, quality, schedule, and coordination
- Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and daily execution
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and logistics
- Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve delays
- Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, photos, and drawings
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure overall project success
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of field experience in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite operations
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
