Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems with precision and efficiency
• Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and associated costs
• Perform comprehensive whole-home electrical safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including panel upgrades, wiring replacement, surge protection, GFCI protection, and other safety enhancements
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training


Performance Expectations

• Complete 3–4 service calls per day
• Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs and upgrades
• Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
• Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
• Maintain low callback rates through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

Requirements
  • State-issued Apprentice or Journeyman Card
  • 4+ years of experience in Electrical Work
  • 1-2 years of residential electrical service experience (more a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
