POSITION SUMMARY: POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is currently looking for a Scheduler to support an upcoming government language instruction contract. *This contract is pending award
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support operations through accurate course scheduling.
- Review historical scheduling data to inform and support strategic scheduling decisions.
- Ensure instructor availability aligns with student demand.
- Identify common user challenges and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency and adoption.
- Maintain and manage course scheduling database, processing course additions, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure accurate course information is stored in the appropriate databases.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: All personnel hired are required to possess and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or demonstrate equivalent proficiency.
- Three or more years of experience in education and training course scheduling is highly desired.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting a language training contract.
- Military linguist or Command Language Program experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT: 9-5 schedule or as required by the customer.
PAY RANGE: Ascensus Global (AGI) pay and level will be determined by several factors including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data.
