What You’ll Do:
As the Ningbo Operator at AKG you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring Ningbo production equipment used in the
manufacturing process. This role involves loading and unloading materials, ensuring machines operate efficiently,
and maintaining product quality according to company standards. The Ningbo Operator must follow detailed
work instructions and safety protocols while supporting production goals, minimizing downtime, and ensuring
consistent output quality.
· Operate Ningbo equipment according to established procedures and production requirements
· Load and unload materials or components into the machine safely and efficiently
· Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed within training guidelines
· Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
· Identify defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies and report them to supervision
· Perform basic troubleshooting or stop equipment when safety or quality issues arise
· Maintain accurate production records and documentation
· Meet assigned production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency
· Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Physical Demands:
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
· Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
· Ability to lift to 25 pounds regularly
· Ability to safely operate equipment and tools associated with production processes
· Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel-toe shoes and safety glasses
