Position Overview:
The Special Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and driving complex, high-impact initiatives across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, adept at coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful execution of key projects that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of special projects that support strategic priorities and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and multiple departments to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams, acting as a liaison between stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proposing solutions to mitigate challenges and enhance project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to executives to inform decision-making and foster transparency.
- Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives arising from special projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
